Only two years into my real estate career, I had left a brokerage that gave its agents access to Boomtown and hoped to recreate that stream of leads. I also didn't like that when I left that brokerage, my website stayed with the brokerage.
I found myself watching video after video of Robert's and started to see that what he was saying, while time-consuming and not "cheap," was the way to go. I'm now 16 months into my contract with Robert and his team, and despite what folks are saying about 2025, I’ve had my best year in real estate.
In terms of specifics, as I look at the sources of this year’s GCI, my Google Business Profile and the ads we’ve run around specific properties account for about 50% of this year’s business. It’s interesting, I started out thinking I'd just have to go back to Boomtown, bite the bullet, and pay for it as a solo agent. By working with Robert and his team (Aubrey and Jed are very responsive and professional), I've essentially created Boomtown results without the cost, and I own my website. The startup costs were a bit higher; building a website is time-consuming and complicated. However, my investment has paid for itself and thrown off revenue to boot.
When Robert and I spoke for the first time, he pointed out that I fell outside his typical process—I made the choice to commit without having to be sold. Part of that is because, like me, Robert is a sober person, and that detail (and the fact that he shares that in his process) got my attention. I took his advice on that front as well and have leaned into who I am, freely telling colleagues and clients my story. Now, a portion of my income each year goes to my favorite sober charity on the Cape; some of my clients joined me, making donations of their own.
I couldn't recommend Robert and his team at Inbound REM more if you want to get real results and build something lasting. Thank you, Robert!

I've been writing for many years and in 90 minutes Robert showed me heaps of stuff that were new to me (much to my surprise, truthfully). I came away from our lengthy conversation knowing more about video SEO, local SEO, and traditional SEO than I could have imagined.
These are topics that I try to stay on top of as a Realtor blogger who gets a lot of business from my sites, but SEO keeps changing, and I probably should not have been surprised that someone like Robert has his finger on the pulse of those changes and what is impactful in a way that I just cannot do as someone also running a real estate business.
Robert is a specialist. He knows tons more about SEO and what it takes to improve not just rankings on Google and other search engines, but also what is required to have better engagement from website visitors so that they stay on the site or so that they come back again and again. I actually took 3 pages of notes today and am definitely going to hire him to help me make my websites more effective.
Finally, I'd like to add that Robert is super friendly and approachable. Given how much I got out of this no-cost, online appointment, I cannot wait to see the help and guidance I get from hiring him and his team of SEO experts.

I'm leaving my original review up, but now am adding to it as I've had 5 paid, 1 hour sessions with Robert and can now speak to the value that working with him provides.
As a quick summary, Robert was the most valuable real SEO consultation I've ever done. He's in Los Angeles while that's not super local to me in Silicon Valley, Robert's guidance, knowledge, and insight as to how I work and work best is definitely the best and I would recommend any real estate agent or broker speak to him, whether in L.A., California generally, or anywhere at all.
Robert gave me actionable tips, useful viewpoints on what works and priorities, and provided an approach that will work for me in particular.
Lastly, for any of my Realtor friends who are working the Ninja selling system and focusing on providing value (not a "sales job"), Robert Newman is a person that will work with you to bring that same set of values to your videos, whether long YouTube videos or shorter reels for social media. You will find in him a kindred spirit who can teach you to translate the way you work naturally to the way you produce content.
Hiring Robert was one of the best things I've done to improve my content marketing, and I would encourage other bloggers, social media marketers, and real estate professionals to do the same.
